David Bramante

In 2001, David left UCLA to purchase real estate, he started with a couple small multi-family properties in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The first of which was a four-unit located at 1157 Bellevue Avenue. This was the beginning of his 20-year personal and professional run in real estate, personally investing in apartments as a multi-family developer and selling real estate as a Realtor for many residential and commercial clients.

David has earned honors such as National Pace Setter from firms like Marcus & Millichap and Top Producing Agent from companies like Zillow. David has been the CEO and direct manager for over 250 agents at multiple Keller Williams offices. Through all of this David continues to work closely with his clients in selling, buying, and investing in properties.

When David has time off he enjoys spending time with his three kids, surfing at Malibu Surfrider Beach, studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Jean-Jacques Machado‘s studio, and reading about consciousness and artificial intelligence for his small podcast show, the David Bramante Show.

We start by arranging for professional photos to be taken of your property for all marketing materials. We will tell a story with the marketing to attract top buyers and get you the best price for your home or income property. Our team creates customized print materials like OMs and marketing packages. We use these at open houses, private showings, and to email buyers and investors.
